Important Updates to Our Email Services

Dear Customers,
To maintain the integrity and reliability of our email services, we are implementing several important updates. These changes are designed to enhance the overall performance and security of our email system, ensuring a better experience for all users. Unfortunately, these updates have been prompted by a small number of instances where our services were misused for spamming activities.

New Secondary/Backup MX Server:
We are pleased to announce the successful deployment of our new Secondary/Backup MX server, cp2mx2.pinkmare.cloud. This new addition has already enhanced the robustness of our email delivery system, ensuring that your emails are consistently delivered, even if the primary server encounters issues.

Synchronization Details:
Please be aware that there is a synchronization delay of approximately 20 minutes for changes from the main node to be reflected on the backup MX node. This delay is part of the normal operation process to ensure data integrity and reliability across our servers.

Updated Sending Limits:
To further combat spam and ensure fair usage, we are adjusting the maximum number of emails that can be sent per domain per hour to 100. This change is essential to prevent abuse and to maintain service quality and availability for all our legitimate users.

Automatic Email Suspensions:
In an effort to immediately address any spamming activity, we will implement automatic suspensions for email accounts that are detected to be sending spam. This measure is crucial to protect our network and our users from potential harm caused by unsolicited emails.

Why These Changes Are Necessary:
These updates are a direct response to a few instances of misuse that have impacted the overall user experience. By taking these steps, we aim to provide a safer, more reliable service for everyone without compromising the performance of legitimate email communications.

What You Need to Know:
- These changes will be implemented effective immediately.
- Please review your current email sending practices to ensure compliance with the new limits.
- If you believe your email account has been suspended erroneously, please contact our support team for assistance.

We understand that changes like these might be an adjustment, but they are necessary to ensure the security and reliability of our services. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we continue to work hard to provide you with the best email service possible.

Thank you for your attention to these updates and for your continued trust in Pinkmare Cloud Limited.

Warm regards,
Pinkmare Cloud Director,
Patryk Weglarz
